There’s a “good” way to jump-start team change, but I prefer to talk about the great way. The good way is to hold one or more workshops specifically tailored to your needs.

The great way is those same workshops plus customized follow-on coaching for individuals or small groups.

Studies, and my experience, indicate that the workshop-coaching combination are 80% more effective than a workshop alone. That’s why I offer both and encourage you to fully leverage your training investment this way.

At best, a typical workshop offers you a religious experience after which you return to reality, and you’re back into your old habits after a few days or weeks.
